What credit cards do you accept online?
We accept Visa, Discover, Master Card, Carte Blanche, and Diners Club. At this time, we do not accept payment by check for online orders.
How do I redeem gift cards online?
If you have a gift card, enter the number printed on the card during checkout on the Payment Info page. If the total amount of your gift card exceeds the cost of your order, you will be issued a refund check for the difference. If the total amount of your gift card is less than the cost of your order, you will be asked to provide a credit card number for the remainder.
How do I redeem coupons online?
Occasionally we offer special coupons which are redeemable online. Our coupon code box is easily accessible before the checkout process. After you have placed items in your Shopping Bag, type the coupon code in the space provided and hit "apply". You may also apply the coupon code on the Payment Information page within Checkout. Please note: coupon codes are case sensitive; you must type the code exactly as it appears on your coupon.
I entered the coupon code and I get an error message that coupon is "not valid".
This usually occurs when a customer is trying to enter more than one code. Our email promotional offers are not compatible with each other. Each offer is separate and cannot be combined with any other offer or coupon code. Also, some coupons have an expiration date and may no longer be valid.

Our email offers are only available when you click through the specific email and place your order. Email offers cannot be combined with any other offers.
If you received an email from us and clicked through, but did not order, your browser cache may still have the source code from an earlier email in its memory (this is called a cookie). You may need to clear the cookies in your browser. Once you have done this, you will need to go back to the email and click through it. Once on our site, you may place your order and the discount/item will appear automatically in your shopping bag.

In general, offers may not be combined with any other offer. Offers have a limited life span, and expiration dates will be listed at the bottom of each email. Our offers do not apply to Gift Certificates. Sometimes you must purchase a minimum amount before the discount/item offer is applied.
