Time Off
We understand the importance of time away from work to rest and rejuvenate. We offer company paid holidays and paid time off on a graduated scale based on tenure. Eligibility for paid time off starts at 20 or more hours/week.
Sabbaticals
We value the importance of long-tenured associates. After 10 years of service, associates may apply for a two-week sabbatical to be combined with two weeks of paid time off. This extended time away gives participants an opportunity to experience a life-enhancing event.
401(k) Plan
Our 401(k) allows associates to allocate pre-tax earnings to a number of different investment choices.

Family/School Partnership
We support and encourage parents or legal guardians to be involved in the education of their elementary, middle and high school children. We offer 4 paid hours per child per year to participate in school activities on scheduled work days.

Alternative Commuting
We encourage associates to use alternative methods to commuting and subsidize mass transit passes. We also have preferred parking for carpools and hybrids.
