Our Lifetime Guarantee
You must be 100% satisfied with everything you purchase from us. If not, just return the item to us anytime and we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund...the choice is yours. Unlike some conditional guarantees, our lifetime promise has no limits, no fine print, and no questions asked.
On the back of every packing slip is an Exchange/Return Form. Please fill out the form and include it with your return. If you don’t have that form, please follow instructions below*.
Exchange/Return using the FedEx® Smartpost Prepaid Label
Making an exchange or return is easy and convenient. Following our packing slip instructions, simply affix the supplied FedEx return label to your package, taking care to remove or cover all other labels. Then just drop it off at any post office or U.S. mailbox, or hand it to your postal carrier. An $8.99 fee will be charged when you use the FedEx Smartpost prepaid label.

Keep the shipper’s receipt until you have received your exchange or refund. We recommend you insure your return for the full value of the shipment.
*If you do not have the Exchange/Return Form...
- Include your full name and address, including your zip code, and a contact phone number, email address or fax number, in case we have any questions about your return.
- Include a brief explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).
- Indicate how you would like the return handled. Would you like an exchange, gift card or a refund to the original payment method?
- If requesting an exchange, please indicate the item number, item description, quantity, and the product price. Indicate size, color and alternative color, if applicable.
- Indicate the name and address to which we should send your exchange or refund check if applicable. Purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the original payment method unless otherwise noted.
- If the new item(s) you are requesting total more than your return item(s), please include the payment method to cover the additional cost.
Processing For Exchanges and Returns
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please let us know if you would prefer a gift card in place of a refund.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. Depending on your credit card company, allow 1-2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your billing statement. If we have your email address on file, a return confirmation email will be sent.
To Receive Your Exchange Sooner...
For faster delivery of a replacement item, please call Customer Service at 1-877-718-7899. We will charge your credit card for the replacement and promptly refund the amount of the original order as soon as we receive the return. Norm Thompson will cover the cost of shipping the replacement.
